The platform that runs Chat
Beneath our products sits a software foundation we built ourselves: one way to sign in, live conversations, files, notifications, and the rules that keep each organisation's and each person's data apart. Live
It is built once, for the web and for phones together, so a capability reaches every screen at the same stage. Chat is the first product to run on it, in production.

A status on this site is only as strong as its evidence. Nothing is called Live until it runs in production for real people.

Our products and this site are built light first, to WCAG 2.2 AA, keyboard-complete, from phone to ultrawide.

Every capability is built for both at the same stage, so no one gets a lesser version.
